Production consultancy
As specialists in the feed, food and chemical sectors, we are familiar with myriad production processes. This also means we know what you can do to improve your production. We begin by analysing your current process on location. Based on the results of our analysis, we will draw up a improvement plan in which we specify what equipment we want to use to optimise your production process. Once you have signed off on our proposals, we will oversee their realisation. It goes without saying that we will carefully test all modifications before handing over the project to you; commissioning is an intrinsic part of our process.

Process consultancy
We can also assist with the development and realisation of an entirely new production process. Our recommendations are based on your wishes and expectations regarding the output and business plan. BPE-projects will come up with proposals within the framework of your preliminary conditions. Our proposals include various engineering phases, ranging from master planning to detailed engineering. Ultimately, we can oversee the realisation of the production process. This could be possible based on a turn-key agreement. Given the highly specialised nature of some of our projects, we will occasionally opt to bring in third-party experts. We have an extensive network of independent entrepreneurs whom we like to involve in our project wherever needed.
Mass balance
A mass balance provides insight into the mass input and output in a process. The balance can relate to raw material(s) (biomass) but also to an end product. The aim is to gain insight into the composition of the substances present at the start of a process and the final output.
In order to gain insight into the composition of the balance sheet, a clear overview is made of all processes and the input and output per process component are calculated over a fixed period, as well as, if applicable, the dry matter, protein and moisture content. The residual and waste flows are also included in this.
