What I love about my job
I have a challenging job with plenty of independence and responsibility. No two days are the same and there is always something exciting going on. The biggest challenge lies in substantiating our clients’ ideas and working together to implement these ideas in their business. It feels amazing when we pull it off! We work together in a pleasant, versatile and funny team with people of all ages. I love going to work every day and not a day passes without us bursting into laughter at some point!

What I love about my job
That in the twilight of my career I can still be busy with what has fascinated me for many years: devising and developing solutions for process installations.
The variety in the work due to the variation in projects, with a high degree of responsibility and independence.
And to work in a pleasantly functioning team and to be able to transfer my knowledge and experience to younger colleagues.

No two days are the same and I get to be part of an incredible team.
The team has a proactive attitude and there is plenty of room for initiative, responsibility and looking out for each other.

What I love about my job
I have many different tasks and I get to learn from people with more knowledge and experience than I. I love working alongside the other members of this team. I enjoy nothing more than helping them bring out the best in themselves and utilise their qualities in the right place and at the right time.
